By accessing and using the Harvest Crate website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Subscription Terms
When you subscribe to Harvest Crate, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current billing and contact information
- Allow us to bill your selected payment method for the chosen subscription plan
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
Billing and Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date based on your chosen plan. We will charge your payment method on file without further authorization unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription, including pausing or canceling, anytime from your account dashboard.
Cancellation and Pause
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect after your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months. See our Refund Policy for additional details.
Shipping and Delivery
Crates ship within 5 business days after your billing date. Delivery times vary based on your location (typically 3-7 business days). You will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Please provide a valid delivery address.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass or threaten our staff members
- Resell subscriptions or gifts without authorization
- Engage in fraudulent activity
Limitation of Liability
Harvest Crate is provided on an "as-is" basis. We disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to our subscribers.
